A detailed landscape plan is a practical way to start your landscaping. When building a home, you have a detailed plan. The same applies to your landscaping.
A landscape plan is economical.
It takes the guess work out of construction by placing the right plants in the right spot.
All estimates of the work will be on the same finished product.
It gives you the opportunity to express your wishes, requirements and make changes before work begins.
My services are:
An initial, no obligation, free consultation.
A drawing up of a concept plan
(

idea picture board (

), and
sketches (

of the proposal that will address your requirements and ideas.
Client meetings to discuss concepts and direction to proceed to the final plans.
A Landscape Master Plan (

2 ) which will be: to scale and have all features (ie. creeks, ponds, walls, walks, patios) and will also include a detailed planting plan with a plant ordering list.
Detailed construction drawings when needed.
General contracting, overseeing and advising on contracts, scheduling and workmanship.
With a landscape master plan, you could also do the work yourself and then will have an overall theme and template to work from. This will prevent costly errors or overbuying of products.
My fees are $60 per hour.
A usual amount for a full size yard is approximately $2,000 to $3,000.
Partial yards or
planting plans starting at $500.00.
Fees for general contracting are 10%.
